How Snap Orders knows what to order from S&S Activewear just looking at my Ship Station order list?
Snap Orders doesn't automatically know until you provide product mapping. To do this, map your Ship Station items(SKUs) to S&S Activewear products using our "Add Products" page. After mapping, Snap Orders will then know what to order from S&S Activewear based on your Ship Station order list.
How can I map my Ship Station items to S&S Activewear product catalog?
Each item in your Ship Station order list has an SKU coming from marketplaces like Etsy and Amazon. You can map these SKUs to S&S Activewear products on the Add Products page.
How can I export my Ship Station order list/file?
Go to your Ship Station orders dashboard. Select the items you wish to include, then navigate to the top right corner and find the "Other Actions" dropdown. From there, select "Export Orders". When prompted with "How would you like to export these?", choose "Export Order Line Items". Finally, click on "Export" to initiate the download of a CSV file.
How can I connect my S&S Activewear account to Snap Orders?
Email api@ssactivewear.com with your account number to get your API key. Once you start your free trial with us you will be able to enter your API key on the Onboarding page.
Can I manage my previous S&S orders here?
You can manage your previous S&S orders on S&S Activewear website.
Is my data safe?
Yes! We encrypt all your data and we don't sell/share your data with anyone. Additionally, we don't see your credit card information on your S&S account. They only share last 4 digits for you to select during ordering.
Is there a limit on how many orders I can place?
No! You can place as many orders as you want.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can simply navigate to the account page and click on 'Manage Subscription'. This will take you to the Stripe portal where you can cancel your subscription.
Can I upgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade your subscription at any time. Changes to a subscription, such as upgrading, can result in prorated charges. For example, if you upgrade from a 10 USD per month subscription to a 20 USD option, you'll be charged prorated amounts for the time spent on each option. Assuming the change occurred halfway through the billing period, you will be billed an additional 5 USD: -5 USD for unused time on the initial price, and 10 USD for the remaining time on the new price.
My free trial ended. Now what?
Once your free trial ended your subscription is paused. Add a payment info on Stripe to continue using the service.
how can I delete my account and remove my data?
Once you cancel your subscription, your account and all data will be deleted in 30 days. If you start a new subscription before the 30 days, your account and data will be restored.
Can I get downgrade my current subscription?
No. You can wait until current subscription ends and then select a cheaper plan.
I also order from Alphabroder and Sanmar. Do you support integration with them?
